Is it safer to use my own wpa3 wifi or to use a open wifi near to me when doing fraud or scamming?
buy several wifi usb dongle to use it and threw away after some period. hackers never use their integral wifi card for hacking, integral is for everyday usage and external for hacking. so wpa3 has nothing to do with your privacy it is wifi security when somebody attacks your wifi. so, for your hacking wpa3 or 2 doesnt play any role. for any crimi acitivity it is better to use public wifi, shopping malls, caffe bars, hotels, and sooo on...
Public wifi, only if you trust it, but you shall never connect raw, alway use tor, a trustable vpn (mullvad) and also, I recomend using a wifi dongle that you change regularly.
