Hey Everyone,
This is my first post regarding a project I have been busting my balls on. Basically its a business model that helps people buy crypto using cash. completely anonymously, without need of any KYC in a safe and secure manner.
The whole idea of the business is that it will operate within legal grey areas thus making it a legal and legitimate business entity, and anyone using our services wont be offending a crime.
Purpose of this post:
1. I want to see how many people are interested in such a service (basically market research)
2. Gather criticism, opinions etc.
3. Get in touch with like-minded people from all sorts of background to help bring this to life
4. If we get a positive demand of such a service then eventually with time build a dedicated team to get this shit rolling
5. Get this idea out there to specific target audience (As the whole project depends on whether that demographic is interested or not and most importantly their guidance), namely:
- Big Ballers (Wealthy people looking to invest or launder their money without having to deal with shady darknet ppl but instead with a legitimate business)
- Reputable Drug vendors on DNMs
- Web3/Crypto experts with good technical knowledge
- Programmers
- Business men who have some knowledge on shell companies, tax havens and other related things to provide
Problems we are trying to solve:
1. Help people gain more access to crypto without the need of KYC and staying as anonymous as one can. This includes purchasing and selling crypto in exchange for fiat
- `This problem statement is targeted more towards an everyday normal guy who uses darkweb and needs small to moderate amounts of crypto for their purchases on DNMs`
2. Help people with large sums of 'illegally obtained' crypto to be able to anonymously invest their money in a secure escrow smart contract, and then upon maturity be able to cash out their investment + interest gathered (via fiat or crypto) in a way that it presents as clean money to authorities.
3. This is practically the opposite of previous point. People with huge amounts of cash or money in bank be able to buy equivalent amount of crypto without going thru any official channels and staying anonymous
4. Help local offline dealers to adopt safer opsec practices by onboarding them and their clients to using crypto.[\b] As majority of dealers tend to start accepting instant bank transfers, cashapp, UPI, payid etc. once they start trusting a client. This is super risky practice as this alone can convert a possession charge into trafficking
5. [b]Make p2p crypto deals more secure, transparent and accessible
1. Basically enable local crypto dealers to exist every street corner who be slinging crypto instead of dope
2. Create a new market segment, where crypto is a physical asset which can be sold or bough in f2f deals via ur local street dealer.
- `I know some people will go off on how unsafe this is and not possible, and will end up in scams and frauds. But let me tell you I have been working on this project for a while now and have created several different approaches and methods that allows whatever I have stated successfully with the help of several security measures`
NOTE: I have purposely kept the inner workings and mechanisms of this project abit vague as its still a work in progress and i want to keep my intellectual property protected at this point of time.
Altho in due time I will be releasing a detailed white paper on it for the public to review. All things technical (e.g. the codebase, smart contracts etc. ) will be made public and be audited for transparency and legitimacy
p.s. I am a professional who has been working in the crypto industry for years and have a good understanding of it. I am also a programmer with good understanding of computers and other things tech related.
I am not a business man nor do i have the skills (yet). I am just a tech guy coding an ecosystem that will help us achieve the goal stated in this post.
This post was just an overview of my idea, many more posts with more details will be coming up soonish, as i would like to get enough public opinion before posting so that i can incorporate the feedback into future posts.

Skeptical but I'll allow. /u/AngieJ thoughts?
to much to unpack in this.... most of the items will fall under some form of regulatory control by most every country jurisdiction...the usa is still behind in direct crypto legislation but they do a blanket coverage with the treasury dept under money exchange business reg....and even the most lax countries for currency control still have regs to oversee it...which is why any legit path to move crypto to funds or funds to crypto that can be safe for the owner must clear through an entity that has done kyc/aml and is willing to front for the transaction so it can legally clear the exchange....and once you claim crypto is physical form of payment as opposed to digital then it becomes a true currency and then you will have real issues with every government....just like dope on the corner the real reason they are against it is because they cant tax it....
I had a thought of you should set up a compnay in the cayman island, burmuda or uae do to there not being any tax on crypto and there lack of regulations and you should create your own crypto for the company using moneros open source code so the coins are already untraceable and the create a way where the incoming cash is used to pegged the new coin you create to the usd. 1:1 then you can exchange to actual normally used crypto thrpugh other decentrlaized exchanges
Cheers /u/cash2wire , exactly the regulatory angle I need to navigate.
Quick project history:
## PART 1
Started as crypto gift cards (paper wallet concept). Before you scream about scams, I've built protocols to make these genuinely secure.
Goal was a shadow economy with five players: Investors back the cards, issuers manage production, resellers push sealed cards for cash, customers buy and redeem, and smart contracts enforce rules autonomously.
Initially this wasn't laundering; just anonymous crypto access via cash, hand-to-hand or postal. Pure shadow economy: anonymous crypto acquisition plus investor returns.
## PART 2
Physical logistics got messy coz of distribution, wholesale, retail which would eat our profits. Plus cash-only meant I still couldn't actually launder.
So I pivoted:
- Added digital gift cards, sellable online via bank transfers and cards
- Rebranded everything as collectible art: physical cards become Pokémon-style collectibles, digital versions become paintings or custom software
We're now an art company, not a financial asset vendor. That sidesteps the regulatory headaches you mentioned.
## PART 3
Yeah, but what about the laundering and anonymous crypto?
Here's the tech: every card/painting contains encrypted crypto access info disguised as visual art. Buy the product, then hit our second company, it redeems your crypto to any wallet without linking you to the collectible or transaction.
Plan is Estonian e-residency, online company structure, paying investors back as "royalties." Clean fiat in the bank.
Two separate entities on paper: one sells art, one's a tech R&D firm collecting voluntary data (possibly non-profit). Zero visible connection.
I've kept details intentionally vague; don't want this in the wrong hands. But the technical architecture is solid; wouldn't have spent 4 hours writing this otherwise.
More details if there's community interest. Sounds complex to normies, but it's instant, atomic, and secure.
Hit me with questions! they help me spot gaps I missed.
Thanks for reading ❤️
Ciao

Hey brother,
I understand why you must be skeptical about my idea. its kinda out there. But would really appreciate if you could provide some pointers as to what made you skeptic, what felt like a red flag to you, or in generals any opinions u had when u read the post.
Also if you str8 up think its a non-workable plan which cant actually be implemented, i would still love to hear your reasons why.
You can also read my response to another comment on this post for more context

Thats exactly the kind of approach i have adopted in my planning and R&D.
Specially your point of creating a system to peg the obtained money to Monero is essential to ensure safety of the funds from crypto volatility

I absolutely love this idea man. In fact, myself and a friend of mine have considered trying something like this ourselves a couple of times but haven't really gone beyond consideration. But as I'm sure as you've already worked out, there's quite a large list of obvious issues which stand out right away with the idea so I'll just cover the most obvious ones and I'd really like to hear what you think about them at your current stage in planning.
First in the long chain of issues is that you've got the problem of acceptance. How many people are willing to accept the concept of sending their cash to someone in the hopes that they receive XMR back for example? I noticed that even the mod who approved this post was instantly skeptical of the concept upon reading it and almost didn't allow the post - I assume he did allow it just based on how well you wrote the thread, as well as the fact that you don't sound like some fat retard trying to steal peoples' crypto and cash under the disguise of 'money laundering service' but actually someone who seriously is trying to change the game in regards to crypto access and anonymity. I imagine that this will be one of the largest hurdles to overcome especially at the start. Gaining the trust of people who trust almost nobody. My humble suggestion would be to first get the heavy hitters of tforum onboard above all else. If they trust you to pull this off then most others on the forum will at least give it a go and then it essentially snowballs from there.
Secondly, after obtaining some form of acceptance in the wider community of tforum and maintaining a good customer base, the issue of fake currency comes up. I'm no expert in counterfeit currency so I'm not sure if there is some surefire and quick way of verifying that the cash you're receiving is real but I imagine that this issue would consume a rather large amount of time and effort. Especially if massive sums of money are being sent your way for laundering.
After those two issues are out of the way there is the issue of receiving and sending cash, which kind of loops back into the first issue. Are people really willing to wait a few days for cash to arrive in their mail or for you to receive and verify their cash? I suppose the only kind of people are really willing to pay the price of waiting would be those that have no other choice but to wait - which means that most or all of the funds you receive, crypto or cash is going to be dirty, meaning that you're going to have to send and receive anonymously. And I don't know about your country (which I assume is the US), but in my country it's illegal as fuck to just start up a bootleg exchange with no KYC or AML regulation which points to my next issue which is expansion.
How are you bringing this operation outside of the US, because this kind of business model is something that absolutely requires your constant attention. Or are you just focusing on making it something available only in the US? (Or where ever you are).
Either way, I very much love the idea of being able to easily and consistently exchange fiat cash for crypto and vice versa. So if you do have real solutions for these issues and you plan on expanding - I would be more than happy to help you expand to Australia if that's ever something you're considering.
There are plenty of people over here that could use a service like that.
For reference my background is quite similar to yourself with some small differences and without giving away my life story - I've been in the crypto space for probably about 8 years, have business management experience as well as close friends with business owners and a couple of tax experts and have been in software development/programming for about the last 3 years.
Will be monitoring this thread every now and then just because I'm interested in what other people think of this as well.

Personally I cant imagine that this would be viable at all
not trying to be a hater but who would ever want to buy xmr with cash as opposed to just converting from btc
And if your trying to go from xmr to cash I mean you would need to have cash on hand to mail out, and if it gets siezed the customer is just kind of SOL
I cant imagine this would be something that could last long term but I do like the idea of being able to get btc or xmr through CIM and then you just recieve a wallet card
Would want to maybe encrypt with pgp keys and write the phrase down on paper, and then send a password to the recipient to acess it.
I think pratically though people wont trust you to send them 100k cash, and you wont trust them to buy 100k with real cash, and the values are much to high to take a loss and not effect things that much, although this would be possible and with good proof and a good rep you could maybe build up some good clients but you gotta have money ready and the ability to give people colateral or something.
