if i got xmr in a perfect opsec way but then i exchange it to bitcoin or USDT to an account not registered in my name at all just an electrum wallet or cake wallet does that mean if i send that bitcoin or USDT (via vpn first then tor) it will be safe and untraceable? IK ppl are gonna say to just use XMR but some of my people only take BTC or USDT

the risk is the exchange/swap....read the terms and conditions on which exchange the wallet uses....they more than likely have the right to hold for verification...if its a small amount then no issue...and your bit off since the wallets you referenced dont do account registration anyway...but yes xmr to btc/usdt in an exchange/swap via cake will not track back to any account...you broke that link with the xmr...

should i just do small amounts and make multiple crypto wallets in different VMs or do u think same VM will be safe enough?

what's a vm going to do to save you? You're already covering potential ip leaks by using vpn/tor, you're just adding more complication.

i guess i am missing what your concern is....you have xmr so you can swap it in a regular exchange...unless its such a large amount your concerned you cant pass the smell test and dont have good reason you accumulated the xmr....and if your worried about using the btc or usdt on a site that is for illegal goods it cant be for that much money unless again your buying huge amounts of the goods, so just do a cake swap and it will be fine....1 wallet is fine...the more activity on the wallet the less the risk of being held for kyc....at the end of the day its all about the amount your trying to swap
