3 & 4. A wallet shouldn't be under *anyone's* name - are you not using your own wallet app, Cake or Feather for XMR? If so, it's fine to send XMR between people. Otherwise, if it's from a KYC wallet, send it to an intermediate wallet first and then onwards.

That where i buy the LTC then use trocador to swap I use exodus because it has XO ramp which only needs a SSN not a ID to verify and buy crypto but for some reason it not on there anymore they said it down " temporary " but it been a few weeks and i like XO ramp cus i don't have a ID for buying crypto.

2: it depends. does he know anything about you that you wouldnt want LE to know? if so, then yes. if not, it's not really worse than situation 1.

You know, if you use a proxy & build enough cookies, half of the providers won’t ask for verification. If you make your setup look good enough, it bypasses the ID verification completely if you don't like the p2p route.
