okay thank you for the intel when i get some money saved up ill invest into the 4 coins of my choosing i agree with ETH but could i substitute BTC for something else like LTC or DOGE. BTC is at $75,000 today how much higher could i go in 3 years. what about one that under $100 per coin at the moment i seen MKR go from $1600 to $1,300 in the last 12 hours. if i bought 1 MKR at 23:00 UTC on 4/18 it would have grown to $1,808 by 15:00 UTC the next day. MKR has pretty much up and down from $1,300 to $1,700 the past couple days consistently.

You will never know that, unless you have insider knowledge. Just focus on one/two currencies and stack them (we're not talking leverage trading, it will fuck your mental health up).

look at the chart and set your signals.LTC is alright but know when you want to pull out. i cant tell you what you want you know. id say put in long term on LTC and swap it out once LTC spot is about 90.maybe 80 if you want a higher probability of success accepting lower return.or you could set an unrealistic target. the easy part is putting the money in,the hard part is not looking at it until the time is right to pull out. traders with bad self control break even or go broke and stop trading

The price of a coin has nothing to do with the actual return on investment you may receive. People are lured by coins being priced lower so they appear they can increase in value more than say, Bitcoin.

Only two things matter: Coin market capitalization and coin maximum issuance amount. A coin priced at $2.00 with a maximum issuance of like 10 billion coins will never reach something like $100 per coin. Ever.

With MKR, you're looking at a tiny window of return and trying to time the market. You need to zoom far out.

BTC is one of the most solid investments you can make and will likely reach $10M per coin in your lifetime. That's a more than 100x return. That's a crazy return.

So buying something like 0.01 coin now (total cost = $750) will be worth $75,000. Because general the route to all coins in BTC then conversion to another coin and/or the maximum issuance of Bitcoin being 21M coins and like 19.5M of them already in circulation.

So no, you can't substiture BTC ofr something else. BTC is *the* most important one in your portfolio.

i dont know why but somebody down voted my post but anyway what would you say is the cut off for maximum issuance? tether has market cap and issuance of 189B and costs a dollar for one. BNB chain is 85B and a supply of 134M and is currently at $635 at the moment. since tether had a market cap that is the 3rd highest of all coins but also 189 billion supply of them would that be a better investment even though itll never hit $100 while BNB Chain has already had a peak of $1,375?

if you not smart enough to remember your password chances are you do not know what to do with the money anyway
