Any body know a work around? about 4 days ago my account would not let me send or deposit or withdraw xmr. Then I transferred to USD and still same results. Still saying Services limited. I have been playing email tag with what seems to be kraken support. Im sure if you have been through it you know how stupid it is. Any body know how to get passed this?
post a thread on tforum r/krakensupport that your account has services limited include your public account id
within 24-48 hrs community moderators will hit u personally if not u message them with ur issue
Yeah I have i just keep getting the same answer that they have had a influx of service request and will get to me in a timely manor.
