DN stores scale at different rates, so knowing another vendor isn't necessary. The growth rate depends on what you're selling, how competitive your prices are, and having a good vendor review score and positive written feedback.
What do you plan to sell? Do you know which market(s) you plan to become a vendor on? Have you researched the prices of competing vendors, and have a pricing plan for your products?

5 packages per mailbox is OK as long as the mailboxes are not on the same postal route. Otherwise postal workers are going to notice how weird it looks to be shipping similar packages from different boxes, with varying return addresses. That was how doingfedtime (former DN vendor) got noticed by the US postal police.

I'm not too familiar with the market for benzos in the EU. But I do know that they come in blister packs over there - and blister packs are noisy. The pills always have some extra space, so it creates a rattling sound.
It's impossible to completely eliminate the sound, but do you have a plan to insulate or soundproof the packs?
Because it'll be easy for the postal workers to figure out what's inside (drugs) by hearing the rattling sounds plus noticing how similar packs are shipped from random boxes al over the city, with many different return addresses.

I think to double seal it and put it in good decoy. So i think that will not be a problem.

A shipper who decided to be lazy one day and put 170 packs into one mailbox was responsible for getting the entire crew busted: /post/755c840744c079b05d86

Double sealing prevents smells or drug particles from leaking out. It's most useful for smelly drugs like weed or coke.
It's not particularly useful for pills in blister packs, which don't have any smell. And it won't do a thing to block the rattling sound. Try it out yourself and you'll see.
