I bought bitcoin at a bitcoin atm and it took my money cause i didnt have ID, then I contacted the owners and they gave me the bitcoin, but i had to give them ID, now, i realized for the order i want im literally missing 3 dollars, since i already gave my ID to get bitcoin (sent it on whatsapp btw so idk if it works the same), should I just buy those 3 dollars in bitcoin online with kyc since i already identified myself, or is it different and i should still avoid kyc? (for this specific order)

Idk if the ATM is obligated to share the details to your country tax entity. If buying / swaping cryptos is not a tax problem in your jurisdiction, just buy with KYC and then swap it to XMR.

If your country applies taxes on cryptos and you don't want to declare them, use P2P trades to get your BTC / XMR.
