Can you just use one of the many services that uses paypal or revolut but looks like it's going to friends and not crypto related?

If you can get US dollars or another national currency you could consider cash by mail to a different country.

I've seen at least one listing for an in-person cash meetup in the US using that one Haveno network (I forget the name). I ended up using a KYC site because it was ok w/ my risk profile.

Look on Retoswap, XmrBazaar, OpenMonero, or try to buy from a crypto atm and then swap into monero.
