Depends on OpSec requirements. Its not easy becasue any transaction flagged as fraud will be the merchants responsiblility so they are hard to find where you can just use cc and buy. check ur dms
It depends on your country, but ideally you should deal without KYC. I recommend looking into peer-to-peer cryptocurrency exchanges such as Bisq, Vexl or Peach Bitcoin, they do not ask for KYC.
