Which Latin American countries have little to no crypto taxation laws?

Keep in mind that even in countries without specific crypto taxation laws, it still counts as a transaction, so if they can trace it back to you they can tax you for capital gains, or audit you to find out where it came from (you've gotta be able to explain it through your legal income).

Are people in the world literally getting inquiries about where money came from for their life purchases that are not properties in your personal name? I suspect no. We are not living in a minority report type existence for now. I think much of the issues arise from not understanding 'Rich People OPSEC' which is basically using a bunch of offshore legal entities or corporate entities that are local but not attached to you personally.

Yes, the idea is that it can't be traced, to be able to do P2P and receive funds allocated to the sporadic operations of one company and report service expenses with another and that in the process it gets lost, I do it in my country but I need another where I can safeguard it or have the ease of liquidation without such complex tax issues.
