In the case you need to physically go somewhere for sensitive activities, how do you stay anonymous? Even if you use a car with burner plates and obstruct the view to your face, can't intersection cameras be used to track the general location your car came from? Then, if your neighbors have Ring cameras (owned by Amazon), could LE subpoena to see what street or house the car came from and easily de-anonymize you? The only way to avoid those cameras by intersections that I can think of is using the highway, but to get there, you still need to pass those cameras. Then once you arrive to the post office in this example, CCTV cameras will pick up on the exact appearance of your car and any unique identifiers. If that car is seen again in the area for non-sensitive activities like going to work with your real plates, could that link the two identities? In the case that there are not any CCTV cameras at the destination itself, nearby cameras can be used to determine who was in the area at the time, and once those two identities are linked, lots of evidence of you being present at the time and place of illegal activity will build up. Is this a real concern? How can it be addressed? I do not consider rideshare services a real solution because they collect tons of metadata and it requires you to use a phone to book the service. Even if you keep the phone in a signal-blocking bag whenever at home and only take it when booking a ride back to your area, a pattern can be built over time, especially with the phone linking them all together. Taking a phone introduces more risk because just one mistake with it, like activating the SIM in a public place with cameras, or at home, can kill your OpSec. And there is the risk that the driver has a dashcam or other cameras, which is really common for most of the drivers.
yes Amazon is weak willed and will bend when LE tells them to give camera feeds for locations.CCTV is harder if its installed per business basis because police have to make a case to each business owner to give up their camera data, how long CCTV footage is stored for depends on the installation,and how willing to provide the footage the business is depends on the business owner. many people have been caught for what their phone was doing while traveling,if you want to be sure your phone wont screw you leave your phone at home and dont use it at all for the sensitive activities,assume your phone is the first thing LE is going to try to use against you. drivers can have dashcams but many of those are cheap and only store so much footage,and the majority of them are only ever going to be used if the driver gets into an accident,and if theyre collecting footage for court or insurance claims neither the driver nor the insurance company cares about some thug in a hoodie on a random day before the accident

If they really want to get you, someone will just watch all the footage. If it is a less populated area... there are a limited number of people that can be at a given place at a given time. LE tracks everything anyway and at some point, it is also about who can not be there, and they can more or less pin point who can be where. There exists a lot of software for this.
So, choose your time of meeting appropriately, for example when do people go out? What time of day, week, are there holidays, and do people travel a lot at that time?
Fuck the phone. If you use a "regular phone", it is reporting anything and everything all the time. If it suddenly stops reporting back home, and you go out, or something interesting happens, would it not raise an eyebrow? If it is a normal phone, just leave it home. If you use graphene os, take it with you, but turned off AND in a faraday bad.
Most cameras do not only take photos. There are algorithms that identify you by your face bone structure, overall body type and unique walking style, neat isn't it? Wear a mask, preferably one that is not very flashy. Get glasses that block retina scanning. (Find a way to purchase such glasses, but not one marketed as such... some of the "computer glasses" that block blue light also work for this.) Get something small and heavy. Put it in your boot to change your unique way of walking, else you will forget to walk differently. Baggy clothes with long sleeves, but not too baggy and long trousers, no shorts.
The outfit described above, keep it only in a bag, and use it only for this purpose, preferably one time use. Wherever you go, change clothes somewhere and on your way back, change with your normal clothes again. Do not go out with the anon outfit for obvious reasons. Also when you are with this outfit, and keeping the casual one in the bag, put a raincoat on the bag or something, don't let it look like the same bag, and don't let it be a flashy or uncommon bag.
Cars are easily tracked... I do not know what you can do about it. Also, if you think LE can not track you IRL, you are fucking delusional. Maybe online, if you are not retarded, but not on the street. LE has been tracking people on the streets since, well, since LE exists...
