What I have in mind is incompatible with LLVM (which exists to support the C programming language). The C programming language was developed in a time where computers were inherently sequential (and even the CPUs of the time, with their INC and DEC instructions, reflect this).

The programming language/infrastructure that I propose is VLIW-ready. It can deliver code that runs fast in CPUs that were designed to be as parallel as possible. LLVM cannot achieve this.
