Guys Chill I mispelled "what" to "that" .
I am new to this topic and am also interested quite but dont know where to start . I am learning python and can write the basic "Calculator" Program and stuff . Info-Stealer is sounding quite complicated to me , I am lost.
Dude Chill I am new to these stuff . Thanks for correcting me tho . My actual question was - 'In InfoStealer we "Steal" the "Info" as the name suggests , And in a Remote Access Trojen (RAT) we get backdoor access to system and in the end steal data too , So how do we exactly differentiate these two'
If I sound like a dumb kid tryna learn hacking .. yes I am lol
RAT is simply remote acces trojan. basically a reverse glorified revers shell. that allow you to connect to the users computer and for example run commands in cmd, power shell, bash, or whatever.
stealer simply does the following:
- finds info on the pc
- optional decrypts it
- formats into a readable format
- pack it all together and send to C2
So i would do is using a simple rat or revers shell for maintaining access, and then from there deploy a stealer to exfill info.

maybe in future i will. but now only linux based. for now. maybe in future windows support idk.
since i am activly using it at the moment for some stuff i need it to be as private as possible.
