Sup, as you can see I'm new here. Sorry if my english is not perfect. I'm developing a decentralized network just for communication. Be able to send and recibe messages or files in a secure way. I started this project months ago, but now that the European Parlament approved the "chat control" I re-started the project. Right now it's a blockchain based project, but maybe this is not the right way and it would be easier if the blockchain part wasn't there. I don't know, that's why I'm here, to know your opinion.
