Current major open source darknet / DNM projects.

Can someone let me know the names of the major DNM community open source projects (for things like anti-DDoS, captcha, etc.) and where they are hosted?

I recall that about 5 to 10 years ago there was an anti-DDoS project that everyone used, which was FOSS. Some sort of load balancer. I can't recall the name of it or where code is hosted for such initiatives.

I'm not sure if there are any others like that, but it seems like a lot of the DNMs have the same or similar "access queue" workflow when you load their sites that makes it seem like they are probably getting it from the same project.

There are old projects like DNM and multi-user waller as well as some of the newer efforts for p2p and decentralization http://ucoi4tzlito52agmquc6oopn3zpmr6djz5vvfabtgrhyc6hufpzjtnad.onion/Tochka/

This sounds like it exactly.

I was aware of Tochka but to my knowledge it doesn't have modern DDoS protection.
