Everybody is using AI to spam cover letters and tailored resumes to every online job posting so the job market looks a lot more fucked than it really is, you need to shake actual hands and have actual people vouch for you so if you dont have a professional network already, you need to use your alumni network. Go to your college's job fairs and use whatever career resources they give you.
