I once had a drop get hit with the seized, and then two mailability determination, and I had the other packs fall through like nothing, they have to hold your packs and if they didn't already find drugs they probably stole it, but it's cuz I'm on some big fish shit and they didn't stop the second load just the hook for the first pack, but all in all i still recouped it all
yeah its wild how it happened in the first place smh but right on man for the comment for sure. im never home when my mail comes, cuz im always at work at that time. and they just sit in mailbox or my roommate puts them in my indoor mail box type deal.i always order other shit too when im getting drops, like clothing, or work related items. how would controlled delivery work if im not around?
nope im still out here stressed out lol
i most definitely will once we get to the end of this week. and im already knowin bro
A lot of people think not being home saves them, but it doesn't. For a mailbox delivery, they don't need you to sign anything.
If Postal Inspectors or local law enforcement set up a controlled delivery for a mailbox, they will simply let the mail carrier drop the pack in the box like normal. Then they stay parked down the street watching it. The moment you walk up, open that box, and physically take that specific package into your hands or carry it inside your house, boom. That is legally considered "taking possession," and that's when they move in.
If your roommate picks it up and brings it inside, they might raid the house anyway because the illegal payload has officially entered the residence, which gives them the green light to execute the search warrant. It sucks losing money on bulk packs, but walking into a trap is a thousand times worse. Just let the mailbox sit.
