im just looking for a fairly easily programmable website that wont cost me 1500USD, that look relaviely aesthetically appealing and the SEO/domain/backend of things get done for me

If it's legit go down the shopify route as you can get a custom front end built for it.
Imo, these are best options
1) Shopify/Wix - already built in systems like checkout, SEO. Domains setup is easy, perfect for small-mid webshop. Around 50$/M to start up and running.
2) WordPress along with WooCommerce - Flexible, easily programmable, great ecosystem. Just needs more setup than Shopify.
3) Webflow - Wide design freedom, UI is cleaner & modern from start, hosting is handled alongside with security. A bit slower than others when operated on large scale.
4) Lovable - Super customizable, more control, modern UI, AI-assist, budget friendly, needs programming knowledge.
So, none of these options will exceed or be near 1500$. Choose depending on your programming knowledge.
