Alternative OpenSource Software for OSINT like “Palantir Technologies" - Whats would be the price $ to build?

What would be the price to create an opensource software like has "Palantir Technologies (Data mining software) for OSINT ? Interested in price of software development, maintenance for few months (lets say 3 months) and without module like AI (which they have as a main source to mine data). Curious to hear opinions of coding experts or software developers.

if you want a basic osint web app that actually works, plan on about 100k to build. if you want something palantir like with lots of connectors, permissions, and it not falling over at scale, you are looking more like 500k to 1m plus. for three months of maintenance, assume one engineer, roughly 40k to 70k, plus hosting.

You could take example from a clearnet service called "csint.tools" which has almost anything you need and is quite cheap. Or you could setup a docker image to run spiderfoot (which is an alternative) locally but its dependencies cause issues hence why i recommend running it inside python venv or a docker image.
