Unless you care to make sure nobody spy on your conversation (which I guess you don't, since you tried to send the data cleartext), you can encrypt a PGP message with only a password. In Kleo, under the "Recipient" tabs, disable every checkbox except for "Encrypt with password". Then send the password to OP.

I'm just trying to give you a tip to bypass tforum filters. What I suggest takes literally two minutes in, two minutes out; and you were the one complaining having this issue in the first place. Good luck finding another way :)
