So basically I have some businesses and I wanted to know what are the dangers for me if I get business account with cellphone company such as Fido Telus etc and then get multiple lines with some cellphones and then sell them even if they blacklist it , my friend has buyers.
If they ask for a deposit, my ''friend'' will use a CC from europe and he will make the transaction.
He says there are no risk because the carriers dont care they wont call police for this etc etc, but were talking between 5-10 iphones last generation. Its over a 5k fraud.
So my question is, what are the risks towards me if I do this with multiple businesses? Or even one and I get lets say 7 ipĥones and there will be a chargeback later from the credit card, but I will be long gone with the cellphones.

1. Ensure you can sell the phones as quickly as you can get them. Before they get blacklisted basically. Thats the entire rush of this method your talking about.
So your getting a free phone for a business phone line... but I think they would want you to pay up-front for it..?
Who would even buy a non-unlocked phone?
I mean, risk to you, just don't assosciate the phones, with YOUR businesses, I think.

If you open an account in your name or under your details and your buddy pays with a stolen credit card the risk towards you is great.
The cellphone provider may not care but the credit card company will. It sounds like this person is using you as a mule. LE won’t come looking for him but they will you.
