The Rothchilds finance most of it, like at the starting they used to give loans to kings and now they loan the government, and when the government is unable to pay it on time, they demand authority and anything the can basically.
then there is the Rockefellers, then Orsini, duPonts, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman the big investment banks and the families that got rich 100-300 years ago.
also I forgot the Medici Family, Probably the oldest single ruling family theyre rich from the time of renaissance till now they're holding the money.
However the side of asia, isn't fully controlled by them.
