2. Don't be a dick
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Remember: we all started somewhere. Help newbies, give them a link to a guide, briefly explain what they're doing or not doing, or don't engage with them at all if you have nothing productive to add.
This also covers toxic trolling. Defined by the following:
Anyone that deliberately harasses a user, market, or vendor. Anyone that constantly and persistently posts vitriolic comments/threads. Anyone that consistently spreads misinformation, especially if it could be dangerous to the community.
Punishment: Warning, temporary ban, followed by a permanent ban.
3. Vendor ad posts and interest check threads
You must be a verified vendor to advertise. Vendor ads require you to have a vendor flair. Vendors can promote themselves in comments only in posts about themselves or posts sourcing new vendors. Vendors on the shitlist with red shitlist flairs may not post ads. Transactions may not occur via pm. This violates tforum sitewide rules. Free giveaways by members lacking a vendor flair on this subtforum MUST be pre-approved by a moderator.
Punishment: A warning or a temporary ban, followed by a permanent ban.
4. No general sourcing submissions outside the megathread.
To ask a sourcing question, refer to /d/DNMSourcing megathread.

This is a comparison between specific vendors (vendor inquiry), and they are allowed as separate posts on the main sub.
Has anyone tried Vendor X? How was your experience?
This example is a specific vendor experience. It is seen and handled as a vendor inquiry.

5. No direct deals
This includes every method of contacting someone through tforum, don't do it. It would make tforum a market and tremendously increase the profile of the people running it. We all would lose it faster to law enforcement. You will get scammed if you deal through tforum.

6. No unrelated content
Submissions must have relevance to the Darknet and preferably the markets themselves. If you're new to the Markets, check out /d/DarkNetMarketsNoobs. This is the Xanax subtforum. Products must be benzo related. Cannabis, coke, heroin, meth, etc. do not belong here.
Punishment: Moderator Discretion. Post deletion, warning, or temporary ban.[/color]
7. No shilling
Shilling is when you promote a product or service while you're secretly benefiting by doing so. If you have ulterior motives to review a product or service it's usually obvious. When we find out, and we will, we will remove your post and shame you.
Punishment: Permanent ban.
8. No begging
It's pathetic, annoying, and also bad for OPSEC. Stay alert of phishing attempts and always buy more Bitcoin than you need. (Phishing means being provided with a fake link, usually market links. It will look exactly like the real market, and you will give away your login info. PLEASE use the onion links provided by tforum. They are on the left hand sidebar that looks like an onion. http://tforumecomdopooda.onion/onions/ )
Punishment: Community humiliation and/or 1 - 7 day ban.
9. No referral links or URL shorteners
No referral links or URL shorteners of any kind are allowed. This prevents scammers and opportunists from flooding the subtforum.
Punishment: Warning, a temporary ban, followed by a permanent ban.
10. No sharing of accounts
Do not attempt to sell, give, or trade your vendor or buyer account to any marketplace on this subtforum. It's just bad OPSEC.

11. No content related to harm to others
This includes asking for hitmen, where to buy ricin, or how to commit suicide. Flat out not allowed here or anywhere else for that matter. If you feel like you need help, tforum.com/r/SuicideWatch is a great resource.

12. Don't post stealth details
Stealth is what keeps the packages getting to you. If you describe a Vendor's of stealth method, his packages are easier to profile. Commenting on the quality of the stealth is fine, don't get into specifics.
Punishment: A warning, a 7-day ban, followed by a permanent ban.
13. No blackmail or extortion attempts
This doesn't need explaining. /d/Xanax is not your platform for this. Take it elsewhere.
Punishment: Permanent ban
14. Title your posts properly
If your submission title does not explain the contents of your post, it will be removed. You will have to resubmit with a more appropriate title.
For example, if you want to ask the community which vendors have the best stealth and the title of your post is "Vendor Inquiry" it will be removed. Instead, you should title your post something like "Which vendors have the best stealth?".
If you want to know which vendor is better for product XYZ and the title of your post is "Product XYZ" it will be removed. A proper title would be "Which vendor has better product XYZ? Vendor 1 or Vendor 2?"
This rule is enforced at the moderators discretion. If we feel you've incorrectly titled your post it will be removed. You will have to resubmit with a more specific title.

15. Don't forget to search
If we feel your post is repetitive or has been posted recently, it will be removed. Please utilize the search feature to ensure the content you are submitting hasn't already been posted.

16. Reviews
Due to the increase in shilling and to prevent it from happening this rule has been created. New reviews must follow the template located here. If that link dies it will be in the banner menu. Reviews must include a picture with a timestamp and vendor or user name, either written or printed but not via imaging software which is too easy to fake to validate possession of the reviewed product. If found to be a shill review, the op of said review will receive a permanent ban. This is also in Rule No.7 of this wiki. No pre-reviews! No one cares about your pack en route. Test the product, then give a complete review.

17. Order complaints
You received bunk or no order from your vendor. You are mad as hell and want to shout out from the rooftop about it. That is perfectly fine until it becomes spam. Only one complaint regarding one order from any particular vendor per week as a topic is allowed. You are always free to respond to other topics created about the same vendor by other members. We are trying to stop the "Vendor X sent me bunk" topic three times in one week about one order. The SOP should exhaust all attempts to work it out with your vendor and then ask for moderator assistance. Only after both fail are you allowed to post about it.

18. DD vendor listings
With the exceptions of current DD only vendors /u/belli_91 and /u/sdcchemstock, no vendors are permitted to offer DD only offerings. This is for the safety of our members who have been scammed too often. Vendors who have live escrow listings on known markets may offer a DD option for that product only. If the vendor puts his market account on vacay mode then DD deals must be halted. DD deals are always riskier than escrow deals for buyers because the chance of a market scam at the exact moment of a member order is a fraction of the risk of doing a DD deal with the vendor. This choice will fall entirely upon the shoulders of the buyer.

19. False accusations of scamming by vendors
There has been a new trend with people creating new tforum accounts and accusing known vendors here of scamming them, owing product, and either refusing to address the claim or outright blocking the accuser. If you come here to attempt to scam a vendor or tarnish his reputation, you are in the wrong subtforum to do so.
Before creating any topic related to scamming, you had better have a screenshot proof of payment sent, a screenshot proof of the vendor giving you the wallet address to send payment to, and proof of order acceptance by said vendor. You had better up your screenshot game. That's good advice for anyone placing new orders or gtfo.
20. Doxxing

21. Annoying Newbie
Annoy Newbie at your peril.
