card. Someone said prepaids don't work. Is it a matter of fraud (buying
fullz info) or finding a label software that takes prepaids? If those
exist, which are they?

under investigation. If you don't absolutely need tracking, consider
buying stamps from the post office (paid in cash of course.) At least
that's what I'd do.
