Am I safe to talk on here not using tails?

Tails as a daily driver can be a pain in the ass. Still, it's much better than a macbook. If you have a super cheap or crappy laptop laying around you could run something like Linux Mint xfce with LUKS and KVM Whonix.

Just talking on here is just that; talking. Talking about stuff isn't proof of anything. You saying you did something illegal isn't proof of you doing it in and of itself afaik. However, like others here have said having JavaScript enabled is not good no, not good at all friend. Also whatever you say on here is locked behind your login creds.

As far as you using your own network; if youŕe using TOR all your ISP can see is that you're using TOR. That's it. They can't see what you're doing on within TOR unless they have a backdoor or something and are looking at what you're doing which I think is highly unlikely.

Get on a laptop with any linux distro installed and use TOR on it. Using TailsOS on a live USB is even better of course as everything runs on RAM so once you pull out the USB or shut down the OS everything disappears within seconds.

Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong about anything.

Do you mean installing Tails on baremetal and using it as a daily driver? Cause I didn't know you could even do that and yeah it's kind of a pain on USB but not that much really for the security it provides. I do def agree with Mint xfce. I'm running that right now while replying to you :)

Don't sweat it too much. "Just to talk here" you just neeed tor and java script off. You are not doing anything ilegal just by talking here. Free Speech.

Ahhh yeah okay I see. I mean it's not that much of a hassle but yeah I don't use my usb to come here and talk about random stuff lol.

There's nothing illegal about using tor or even being on tforum. I wouldn't visit a market or talk about anything drug or scam related. But even if you do, if you're just a low level nobody then you really won't be on anyone's radar.

There's nothing illegal about visiting markets either.

Buying or selling on one is. But not browsing, for educational purposes
