This is the standard Amazon account flag email. It means their fraud detection has linked your accounts through the shared credit card. They're warning you before banning.
The card is burned. Any account using that card will now be watched. If you keep going, they'll ban the card, any address linked to it, and possibly report you to French banking authorities depending on the total amount.
Cash out now. Stop all refunds on that card. Switch to virtual cards or prepaid cards for future accounts. Different card per account. Never reuse payment methods.
I build automation for managing multiple Amazon accounts with isolated payment methods. If you want to scale without getting flagged, I can help.

Good. Whatever method you choose, stay safe and stay anonymous.
Do you have any sites for virtual cards which with you can buy on Aliexpress, Amazon with good anon ?
The virtual card is linked to a real CC and ID? so it's not anon at all?

Most virtual card services require ID verification now. Privacy.com was the best but they track everything. Revolut and Wise require full KYC.
For actual anonymous spending on Amazon and AliExpress, you're better off buying gift cards with Monero and using those. No ID. No trace. No virtual card needed.
If you really need a virtual card, the only semi-anonymous option left is buying a pre-loaded debit card from a reseller on a darknet market. Those come with risk but they work.

that's BS I found a crypto payment platform
Good for you. Finding one isn't the hard part. Keeping the account alive and not getting flagged is where most people fail. Come back in 30 days and tell me if it's still working.
