I dont think theyre saying that, just as a general warning. Your username looks fine and might even be a cool fallout reference which keeps it pretty basic.

it is highly advisable to use atleast a different username on every forum and website, and different emails as well. I personally spend around a half hour a week creating new emails through Tor so i can use them reliably and disposably. /d/hacking has a page with a ton of email services both on the clearnet and onion.

If youre really looking to add an extra layer, dont connect to your home wifi, crack a neighbors or use a high DBi wifi antenna to connect to an open network near you, there are tutorials online for building ones that reach 5KM+.

As others have pointed out, be very careful with EXIF and cloud uploads.

If you connect TOR automatically on Tails consider using a bridge to hide the connection from your ISP.

Unfortunately i do not have an answer for your questions about USPS. But im positive someone will help you out.

Ya know, I'm not certain. I haven't really looked into it. I believe it's a matter of added security features like a deadman's switch and being able to split everything between different virtual machines.

see I had thought I should use a bridge for my home internet but couldnt figure out how to get it to work and someone in the tails sub group said not to worry about it. feel like helping me out with how to connect to bridge? and the DBI thing is super interesting, I never new I could do that I will deffinitley look more into that. Are the DBI antennas easy to find on the clear net and are they fairly afordable? I also plan to get a brand new camera that I will never use for anything other the DW work and I still need to learn what EXIF and others things are and how to change them. and its looking like I need to restart with my accounts and make different names for each one, does that mean I need to use a different public key for each one?
