They're right, this would not look good in court if in a day or two you did this exact thing and was caught committing the crime in this exact way.

If caught for this they could give you years in prison for credit card fraud and digital device crimes.

Idk though, people do and get away with all sorts of stuff.

1. Your graphene phone has an imei # identifier (along with many more unique identifiers) linked to the esim slot. If that phone, or the location you use the cell-service becomes associated with you, they could put you in prison.

2. Have you carded before? Is this successful for you?

I also use VPN before tor. Sure, it's not illegal, but do you really want to be associated with tor? If I pull start pulling bunch of docs related to a crime I'm planning to commit, I don't think it's a good idea to let the gov't to let them know I'm interested in what I'm planning to do. Especially now that I said it here many times. This is one thing I don't understand with some folks here. Just because it's not illegal doesn't mean it's a good idea to associate myself with tools widly used for illegal activities right? Perhaps I'm missing something, I hope you're able to educate me on what I'm missing here.

even if I was an attorney it seems strange and unexplainable why I'm pulling documents that to the observers seem odd. I get where you're coming from my friends had the same reaction as you when I brought this up.

I saw some of your posts and you uncover these new exciting things and share it with the world. How do you cope with that? I can just visualize my attack surface getting larger the more time I spend on here which in turn makes me uneasy. asking for help.

Okay, now we're talking. That is 100% true. The fact you recognize that you have to be schitzo about your opsec is a GOOD thing. We all have to take that position. :)

Your attack surface and threats are just different than mine. I don't have problems going into PACER and downloading PDFs because it's something I do in my regular everyday life and have people around me do all the time. For me using PACER is like using Google or something.

I think you're putting too much credit into the "observers" in that there are people just watching and looking at who's downloading PDFs from there. That's really not the case.

There are also third party services on the internet you can sign up for like $10/month that will also provide an interface where they grab the PDFs and serve them up for you.

courtlistener.com is another amazing free resource that covers almost all courts in 500 jurisdictions. Check that out too.
