Made an order processed late Tuesday last week, so presumably shipped Wednesday. Still nothing has arrived and no reply to comms on DH. Reviews are coming in, just wanted to see if anyone else is having issues.

I've only ever ordered once from Bl4cksven a long time ago so no idea there, but Royal Mail have been having some serious delays this past week, so it's possible that's the cause.
Yeh normally my packs are next day or 2 day delivery tops. This was marked processed a week ago,have asked for tracking and had no reply for 5 days and on DH you can't send another message until the first one is read.
Haven't seen many people complaining tbh, feedback on DH is decent and there aren't any threads on here. Where have you seen it ?
Definitely seem to be getting less mail than usual in general but Tracked 24 is normally 3 days max.
This arrive today on the 24th after being sent 15th July. Misprint on the address so it was bouncing about for a week. Assumed it was lost and the post had already been so getting it dropped at 5pm was a bonus. Like I said ever had an issue before and apart from the label this one wasn't theirs either.
