Need help finding a tenant's name at a UK address (Paid)

Hey everyone, I have a specific address in the UK and am trying to find the full name of the person currently renting/living there.

I know the landlord's details won't help since they are a tenant, so I'm looking for the best way to check current occupancy. I can't post the private address publicly, but if anyone can point me toward the right directory or help me look up the recent Electoral Roll, please send me a PM.
