I would NOT recommend to hand anything over to the feds, if you don't want to sell it, and you don't want to use it then throw it out or put it back.

Just sell it lol, its easy to do so through the darkweb in a safe way.

then sell it all to a dealer who is comfortable with these quantities.

First I would conceal it, find somewhere to hide it, treat it as if you've just found solid gold

Do some research on the best conditions to keep it in, emulate them as best as you can, and then keep it there.

Keep your mouth shut about it that's for sure and don't even think of selling it locally. Some one will be out looking to find where that much has disappeared and loose lips sink ships. In Camden that'll be a death sentence if a dealer gets word you've got his stash. Certainly don't tell any mates etc

put it back somebody is gonna get stabbed over that missing gear. on the other hand if you found it some kid or animal might have found it = fatal. dilemma.

if you get caught with that youll get remanded and no one will believe you 'found it'.
