Hello i'm having an issue with an order from DH vendor Mankind.
It's been almost a month now. I disputed the order due to no communication, then they replied with a tracking number saying it was RM fault and they would speak to their boss but now it's been 2 weeks since and not even looked at my messages.
The status of the delivery is still in being expected on RM end
I'm sad cos i've ordered from them before and all turned up quick and nice
Looking at their recent reviews some other people have had issues so not sure whats going on just would like some communication if possible !!
yeah their communication is terrible. I just put in an order that I might cancel
