Openline not delivered

Ordered over a month ago, marked shipped the next day. Nothing ever arrived and I missed the auto-finalize timer after extending a couple times.

Been patient and trying to get in contact for the past 2 - 3 weeks. DM'd on tforum as well as through the market. Also commented on another post. No response.

I understand they're a popular vendor and things fall through the cracks, but I'd appreciate some comms or sending the tracking number to figure out what happened.

I've seen quite a few posts with a similar pattern lately. Don't even care about the money and glad I went with a small order to test the waters. Really just a waste of time checking the mail, trying to get in contact and chasing this down.

Not a great experience tbh. Really just curious wtf happened at this point. Maybe someone on his team is dropping the ball?

I'm not here to defend him; but how many times do I have to tell people DO NOT let the auto finalize run out. That's your responsibility in cases like this.

Hopefully /u/OpenLineVendor can sort this out for you as he's always been solid.

Future lesson and not to lecture, but that auto finalize is your only line of defense against new vendors who are in and out to scam; selective scammers and issues due to lost packages at RM mail centers (It does happen more than you'd believe); Even stolen ones.

True. The AF timer was quite long, like 7 days or something. Extended it twice I think. Probably should have disputed earlier tbh

In cases like this where you have had to extend it twice, there really wasn't an argument for "Probably" should have disputed it earlier. You 100% SHOULD have!

Positive rule of thumb for your future orders. Extend ONCE for 7 days; after that DISPUTE. That is ample time to affirm something isn't right; especially if no vendor response or tracking provided.

I really feel bad this has happened to you; but keep reaching out to /u/OpenLineVendor until he resolves it!

And I'm a direct person; you are an eejit for letting autofinalize time itself out :P

Look; live and learn. You WON'T make this sam mistake again thankfully....everyday is a school day as they say!

Cheers,

Shadow!
