If you do research yourself you can come to your own conclusion of pinnacle of OpSec. Plus, having a set what to do and perfect plan just makes it easier for LE to work on de-anonymizing those methods.

As long as you hold onto this mindset, you’ll never get what you want. If you took the time to learn the basics of the internet, computers, and cryptography, you’d understand for yourself what security really is. You’re an idiot. You’re the kind of person who will never be able to grow or learn on your own. Even if Einstein, Newton, Gauss, da Vinci—all of humanity’s geniuses—taught you personally, you’d still never learn. There is no "best OpSec". Different threat models have different appropriate countermeasures. Someone who isn't up against multiple intellignence agencies will actually decrease their security if they behave as if they are, because they'll be taking countermeasures that aren't appropriate to the real threats they face. There's no easy way out of this - you have to figure it out yourself. Nobody can tell you how to do your OpSec from the ground up because the best OpSec is different for everyone.
