its very hard to bypass the security of sending or spending money using hacked PayPal accounts, PayPal security use device fingerprint's its pretty hard to copy the fingerprint of the PayPal account owner, the same as user agent, screen size, IP address, and the java script things that's happening in the Backend also the saved cookies "sessions" in the owner device, and dont forget the shity 2FA
