Yeah, sad to say, but gore sites with backstories do peak the curiosity, but going past that, I'm talking about hidden info about research and innovation of never before seen technology, undiscovered animals research appears about consciousness and the afterlife, Antarctica, so much shit out there hell even on the clear web if you know where to look. I'm sick and tired of listening or reading about the same shit. I want something to freak me the fuck out

If you really want to check out some cool stuff, I recommend installing the i2p network and checking out the sites that we users create. It very much reminds me of the early days of the web. Once you have i2p and a browser properly set up, go to http://notbob.i2p or http://reg.i2p and just casually explore. You won't find much scary stuff, but I believe this and other protocols like i2p are the future of the web in the post-authoritaritan political climate. It's pretty much a ghost town still, but when push comes to shove, people will flock to tor, i2p, etc.
