While I enjoy shooting my pistols with optics, my go to carry gun is my Glock 17 Gen 5 with Trijicon HD XR night sights.

Oh now I can see the whole flair.

Love my G48 with no rail and irons. I’ve carried it everyday for 4 years. I use the Ameriglo Spartan sights

I'm definitely in the irons club. I've practiced with irons for so long that I'm slower with optics. I also don't think that they offer much in close range civilian self-defense. I don't even use expensive irons, usually just some Truglos if I feel like I want glowy bits on my gun or Tag Precision if I want a fiber in the front.

Irons person here. I honestly didn’t think there was anyone left but me. When I go to the range I am typically the only person shooting with irons.
