I talkted with torzon, and they have old model for cheap price.I’m looking into getting a moderately used G 19 GEN3 and I’m wondering which parts I should look into replacing, such as firing pin, barrel, etc. in order to get this gun in near new functioning condition?

Call Glock and gave them inspect and refurbish a guy for you. They will inspect and replace the necessary parts for you. The service is reasonably priced and totally worth it.
What the other commenter said about sending it Glock. You can also get an OEM pins/parts kit on Glock store. Glocks are pretty simple and not that hard to refurbish.
