Why use Tor when you are going to pay with your private data? Keep your work separate from your research
you won't find a clean UI like Intelius there
most onion sites claiming to do this are scams. Your best bet is to look for database forums like breachforums or use telegram osint bots that accept crypto and don't require KYC
they aggregate leaked data which is often more accurate than clearnet public records anyway

Who said I intended to pay with my private data on the clearnet? Tor > Anonymous Windows VPS > unhardened generic Firefox paid proxy with good reputation on Scamalytics > > Website > virtual credit card or anonymously purchased gift card purchased with XMR.
Assets, civil court cases, criminal record, driving record (i.e. any traffic tickets), social media accounts, auto registrations, perhaps professioal or other type of licenses.
