Maybe you host one of those scam providers, or you pay for machine from them while ripping you off and charging five times the original price while making you feel "safe".

thanks I will look more into this, and I don't really trust providers who were associated with some old market since LE keep a sharp eye on them, but besides this all the providers that commerce themselves as secure and bulletproof are absolute comedia, and most market admins that got caught they hosted on one of those providers, the hosting provider wouldn't protect you if you can't even set basic firewall structure
