simplex is not intended to hide ip... tor is intended to hide your ip, you can use this with simplex the same way sonar does, its intended to have full control over your data and have high quality encryption, which is mainly what is different from emails.

what i'm trying to say is, not having the source code to see everything basically says i need to believe and trust the person that owns the website, there is no way for me to know if the messages are really encrypted and are really deleted or whatever (i won't get on about how easy it is to have a mitm breaking encryption when you mitm is the server)
