The issue is the people I'm targeting don't use tor.so My plan was to create the website as a funnel then move them to telegram.

Create a guide for your clients; dark net vendors now know how to operate. If your site is on the clearnet, it's exposed by default and easier to take down and track down. Use Tor or I2P, no exceptions. The vendors will want an environment where they know they are safe.
