I am looking for a domain and hosting provider service which never share client details with the law authorities.
And
Does cloudflare share all its client details when required by agrncies or court
a provider won't go to jail to save you from jail
You'll find some anonymous VPS providers on kycnot.me, but don't expect they will never share any details with LE.
Focus on Russian providers. They generally ignore Western complaints about hosted services.
Any examples?

VPS Providers:

Yea i was asking in case you have any that you've actually tested. The above mentioned half of them are not even working websites. I guess i will stick to proven methods instead of asking AI.
have you found any working? I had a VPS a few years ago but it is no longer online. Been searching for one myself. Im looking into Offshore hosting and as of now, webcare360 seems "okay" . @ u/Tara5
I have not tried or verified any of those sites for authenticity. DickAI is pretty weak anyway. This was just an example from me to show you how you could do your research. Focusing on Russian or generally foreign providers that typically ignore Western complaints is simply logical, and I do not need an AI to come to that conclusion.
I will also launch a few applications in the future, including some malware campaigns and darknet sites. I will proceed exactly as I have described. I will then just build a working infrastructure with these providers and that will be it. I do not need to ask others for advice first.
