How do i setup my own i2p hidden service without the i2p dashboard?

For tor it was really easy, all it took was 2 lines.

On i2p, i can not figure it out, i looked everywhere and they all say i should use the dashboard.

anyway to setup without dashboard and with only cli?

Have you had a look at the i2pd project? If you're looking for something closer to the tor daemon for setting up a hidden service this is probably what you're looking for.
