How to Advertise a Hidden Service?

How can I advertise my application? It's basically a chatting app, something like Discord/Telegram.

And ideally without spending a lot of money on it.

*Without being an asshole and spamming it everywhere.

On tforum would be a great start. Then you have Pitch, dark web link sites, news sites, tforum, etc.

I'm sure there is but that's not my expertise.

I will warn you, if it requires JavaScript, I won't approve. /d/torchat doesn't use JS.

Yea I tried to design it without Javascript. So Js is only for really little things that won't ruin the experience if disabled.

*I will try to make it completly javascriptless when I plan to release it.
