Any recommendations? I've looked at a few but haven't found any that work. OpenRouter supports crypto payments, but it uses Binance, which isn't my preference. Any suggestions in the comments would be appreciated

Venice AI has an API interface. You can stake some of their tokens and get your unlimited lifetime license easily.
Sounds like a decent deal to me, the best you could do in terms of data retention and privacy is going to be hosting your own, but that might a big headache and monetary investment.
