I can only find one link on tor.taxi and hiddenonion.net, and that's the one that's broken right now. I hope it's temporary too. I think I accessed it about a week ago and the site was working flawlessly at the time.
/u/lightfox was the most active user on there so he might know more.
The admin was very inactive for months, did not see him in chat or on the forum. The forum is not very active and most of the posts were Low Quality. The chat was decent, but lightfox was the only person I remember speaking to most time I was there.
