If you look beyond the surface-level appearance of the site, you'll see that I have no connection to darknet.fail. While I have no issues with their site, they do use JavaScript and load fonts from external sources, among other things.
In fact, their about page explicitly states their commitment to Tor-native accessibility and protection, with principles that include:

Lightweight design with minimal CSS and no external fonts
No external requests, with all resources hosted internally
However, if you look here: http://cheezex5ojjzkv6q63ghaefssxxqzg2kbtj2r452dmje7v2qixl2y6ad.onion/i/cdf365c0-238a-4b9b-93fc-34754e62bfab, you'll see that they don't quite live up to those claims. Again, I'm not criticizing them, but I want to make it clear that just because the surface-level appearance may be similar, the underlying technology and approach are quite different.
