bcz if upvotes are less than 1 i have to use captcha again and again , but before posting controversial post , this didn't happen that's why i'm asking , to avoid using captcha again and again ....

If you are adamant on Windows Server, I cannot help you unfortunately.
who tf use windows server , it's hosted in a open source os btw . basically added many protection as possible and tested that's why it maintenance for 5 hours , if u find anything wrong let me know , and can u give tips to reach more ppl ...
